Dusty nipples is gross. And if they went under the couch, they could get sucked up in the vacuum cleaner - and thats just a mess.

I'm still here, Polly, though it does seem everyone else has vaporized. Go ahead, be breezy. It's easier with your new boobs.

Diosa, you're an INTJ, I take reliability for granted with you. But my new boobs are swollen because of, I'm guessing, my period and the tremendous heat. Me no likey.

Liz, what if Secret Lulu mistook one for froot snax? Ew.

Polly, they're probably swollen because someone just cut them open, cut a bunch of them out, re-shaped them and then sewed them back together again. But I'm sure the period and the heat aren't helping.

Diosa, that should be reason enough but the girls didn't really start swelling until two days ago. Talk about delayed reaction.

Ah, but how long ago did you have your drains out?

Drains came out a week ago today, swelling started two days ago.

Yeah, Polly, that would be gross. And you'd be nippleless. I dont know about you but I prefer nipples, as opposed to no nipples. I think then it would just look like fat lumps attached to your ribs. I'm not digging that.

Maybe they're swollen because your pregnant?

PS - I continue to be amazed at Diosas ability to write, raise kids, be married, go to school, have friends, oh yeah - work, etc.

I mostly just drink and fantasize about drinking. So no time to write.... oh, I sleep, too. And eat I guess. So, yeah, I'm just busy in general with those things while Diosa, you know, does more.

Dusty nipples? I think we had a round of those at the bar once -- a shot of Bailey's, a shot of rye and a shot of Drambuie, shaken with ice and poured into a glass, oh, and you then dust the surface with cocoa powder. or Quik, if you're out of cocoa powder.

no, but seriously, when i first read "dusty nipples" in the first comment I thought it must be a fancy cocktail. which it isn't. but my faith in the world was restored when i googled " 'dusty nipple' drink" and got some Yu-Gi-Oh! slash fiction. now that's gross.

Kit, we might have met while I was on drugs, but just in case we didn't: hi there, I like you already.

Kit's cocktail concoction reminded me (for no apparent reason) of the Cement Mixer that Polly and I were persuaded to try once. Totally disgusting.

OMG Dol, I just threw up a little in my mouth.

Model, let's just say we're not friends with "cement mixer joke" guy anymore. Some people are a*sholes.

Liz - but apparently you're not amazed enough to come read? And I'm done classes for the moment, and possibly not going back, but I haven't decided yet. Maybe I'll do training seminars instead or something. Finding I'm less interested in the degree and more in the skills. I've always managed to swing more than a plate full, even when I was a kid.

Diosa, who says she doesn't read?

Yes, apparently she's just lurking.

Nope, she's guilty. She likes to take her time and read and respond over at LSOM, but finds that she always has too much to say. So she thinks she'll just go read later, when she has time to say what she wants to say, but then later never comes. Later is almost here, very soon. She heart Diosa's blog. Hearts it, just hasn't been showing it any love. And she's a bit embarrassed about it, so lets talk about someone else now.

Yes, thats a GREAT idea. Lets talk about Bookgirl.

My theory is that she's been squished by something (King Kong or some other NY "thing"??) and is stuck on a NY street, flattened like a bug. I can't imagine what else could have happened to Bookgirl, surely she's not hiding and certainly she's not being fabulous and single in the big city and having too much fun to blog, right?

Oh and PS - the book Polly talked about doing the discussion on or whatever - I put it on my list at the library and there were 117 people before me!!! Phew, must be a good book...

Not me! it's a very good book. You should just buy it.

Not me! Seriously, not trying to give you a hard time. Yes, I've noticed Bookgirl's been MIA too. I know she was in RI last weekend but I didn't get to see her.
